Comcast wanted us to leverage characters from Despicable Me 2 for Xfinity Triple Play direct mail.

SOLUTION
Create a must-open self-mailer that leans into the comically mischievous tone of the movies.

SITUATION
When Neil Patrick Harris became Xfinity’s spokesperson, clients wanted to leverage his photo shoot to sell Triple Plays.

SOLUTION
Create letter packages that playfully riff on NPH’s celebrity and relationship with Xfinity. Apparently both got an impressive response.

SIGNATURE SUPPORT

SITUATION
Xfinity launched a 24/7 tech support and equipment protection program for computers, home networks and other devices. We needed to get people to subscribe.

SOLUTION
We created collateral highlighting all the on-demand perks including retail ad pages, quick reference card, email and DM insert.
